We’ll help bring it to life – give it more character. Fast or slow, large movements or tiny, there are dances that work well in any space. (No getting in the way of waiters or other customers.)
We can perform, dance socially with your patrons, teach, and/or DJ (with appropriate music and lyrics). (We have a deep knowledge of diverse music.)
Dancers know: No outdoor shoes, no heels, and only non-marking soles.
My first dance lessons were at a restaurant (Alleycatz, Toronto – ran for 6 years). In some contexts, having a dance class in a restaurant is great for everyone. The teacher can be heard by students, without being heard by other patrons or staff; your place has more charm and vitality.
Dancers don’t do dangerous moves (acrobatics, etc) in social spaces, so there’s no fear of that, but if you are nonetheless concerned about an injury or damage, know that if Jonathon is teaching or officially hosting an event, your venue will be added as a named-insured under his $2 million liability insurance policy.
