Creative Workout

Grow skills and imagination as you grow fit. All welcome. A blend of precise technique, guided imagination, and free play. Fitness for living with finesse. Getting up from the floor, for example – who knew you could have so much fun just living your life? Creative cardio, optionally athletic dance.

When you love your workout – when the whole of you is loving how you’re growing – you do more without trying – you get fitter faster.

We will cycle between
(1) Floor Flow – like flow yoga but ‘flying’ across the floor (by Jonathon Neville)
(2) MovNat – natural movement for every body (by Brett Sanger), and
(3) Momentum Interactive (by Jonathon) – partnered creative workouts (no need to bring a partner), a.k.a. Contact Improv.

Mondays 8-9 pm – to June 24*. (Come when you can.)
* Two weeks hiatus pre-Blues & Jazz Fest – May 20 & 27: Emotional blues + rockin’ blues. Both of those can grow Momentum Interactive skills.
